About Lucy
Hello, I am a Pilates Matwork teacher, and daughter of Sally!
I qualified in Dec 2018 so I have been teaching now for 18months.
I started practicing Pilates with Sally at the age of 13, I am now 25, and I know this practice will keep me healthy and curious for life.
Practicing Pilates gave me an excellent foundation to train in Contemporary Dance graduating with a BA from the TrinityLaban Conservatoire in 2016.
Currently, I am training to be an Equipment Pilates teacher at Evolve Movement Education. Its an incredibly inspiring and 1.5yr training lead by Ana Barretxeguren.
