Your health and wellbeing is of utmost priority to Sally and it is important to her that the class is suitable for you.
If you are new to Paffard Pilates, even if you have attended a Pilates or Garuda class before, please book a brief phone call [Initial chat link to Calendly] with Sally so that she can discuss your aims and any injury or health issue.
This is an opportunity for you to take part in a Pilates class in the comfort and security of your own home.
This class is for experienced students as it requires a basic knowledge of the pilates principles to ensure safe and effective practice.
If you are a beginner and are interested in joining these classes, please do [get in touch – link to contact form] to receive details of my six week beginners course.
Once you have completed this course, you would be able to join other classes.

30 MINUTE ROLLER CLASS
A short class using the roller to release, activate and mobilise the whole body.
The ideal roller to use is the Soft Pilates Pro Roller from Sissel:

The Equipment Studio
Sally’s studio is a beautiful sanctuary – overlooking the sea and the old harbour of Hastings. It is fully equipped with Balanced Body Reformer, Cadillac (Trapeze Table), Wunda Chair and a wide variety of small equipment.
Studio Pilates takes Pilates into another level of experience, where you will learn, through close guidance and these incredible machines, to find your true alignment and balance throughout the whole body.
This is also the place for remedial work. Through a carefully devised individual programme, all types of remedial work can be progressed,
e.g. back issues, hip or knee issues, frozen shoulder, foot and ankle rehabilitation.
Instead of relying on other people to “fix” your physical or mental problems, Sally will teach you how to manage your body, gradually bringing it into balance and strength, so that you can lead a healthy, happy life.
