I thoroughly enjoyed Sally’s class, she made me feel instantly welcome and the group were all supportive and friendly.

Sally gently layered in more and more challenging movements at a fun and progressive pace.

Her classes helped me alleviate the lower back pains and sciatica I was suffering, and develop greater core strength and balance.

I also found beneficial the supportive group dynamic, the social element of group work and the deeply positive and calming influence Pilates has had on my mental health and overall wellbeing.

I would highly recommend Sally’s classes to anyone interested in having a go at Pilates or making positive time for themselves.

Your classes are varied, safe and fun.  I come out feeling lighter and taller and only wish I could enjoy your classes a couple of times a week and throughout the long summer holidays as I do benefit from a strong sense of well-being after each and every class.

I trust Sally implicitly. She is keen that we get the most out of her classes and explains which muscles we are using in the individual exercises. She expects us to find our own level and I don't feel under pressure to perform exercises if it is putting a strain on a particular part of my body. She actually goes out of her way to know of any injuries or sprains that we might have and tells us either not to do certain exercises or gives us alternatives to do so that we don't cause ourselves further strain. I feel relaxed in the class and often, whilst in some very interesting positions, gales of laughter can be heard emanating from the class. I don't know how many years I have been doing Pilates with Sally now, but I hope she will continue with her classes because they keep me moving!

My husband and I have been seeing Sally together privately for many years.  We go all the way to Hastings from Horsmonden now that she has moved her studio - this is highly indicative of our appreciation of her skills as a teacher.  Although there are two of us in class, Sally teaches us both individually, dealing with each of our specific needs.  We are always impressed

by her ability to find a way to deal with any problems we need to work on, and we each have an extensive programme of work to do in our own time.

Sally keeps herself abreast of new ideas and approaches by attending professional courses, bringing great freshness to her classes.  She is a delight to be with, an inspired teacher who is a "natural" with people.

She's extremely knowledgable about the human body and the effects of exercise and can advise on all aspects of injury/stress/wear and tear, etc.
Her classes are always engaging, interesting and fruitful and Sally herself is patient, thorough, gentle and humorous.
One always leaves her class feeling positive, supple, calm and 2 inches taller!

Sally is a kind, gentle teacher and I have no hesitation in recommending her - indeed, she was recommended to me.  I just wish I'd started sooner.
