The Equipment Studio 

Studio Pilates takes Pilates into another level of experience, where you will learn, through close guidance and these incredible machines, to find your true alignment and balance throughout the whole body.


This is also the place for remedial work. Through a carefully devised individual programme, all types of remedial work can be progressed,

e.g. back issues, hip or knee issues, frozen shoulder, foot and ankle rehabilitation.


The studio is also a great place to improve your enjoyment and abilities in any sport whether it’s running, tennis, golf, riding, dancing.


Whatever your sport or movement activity, studio pilates can really up your game!


For 121 or 221 work.

Sally is an experienced Pilates and Garuda teacher and combines these two techniques to give you a flowing, dynamic and full-body condition.  Her intelligent approach to movement will help you to develop strength and relaxation in a balanced way. 



All classes are recorded and then made available to you for seven days.


Sally has recently undergone a thorough and intensive training to be able to deliver effective assessments and programmes online. These courses, which are ongoing, have allowed her to train with a Master Trainer for whom Sally has huge respect and has trained with for many years. Her name is Madeline Black and you check her out on the web.
Sally is confident in helping you with online Zoom sessions whether it’s to help you get more out of your Pilates practice generally or to help you with something more specific, such as recovering from a knee or hip operation.
